I'm a researcher based of out Denver and we are doing a project that looks at progressive laws in 30+ cities nationwide. We are still looking for inclusionary zoning laws for the following cities. We simply need to know whether or not the city has an inclusionary zoning law for affordable housing. If the policy language is available, we would like that as well, but isn’t completely necessary. Thanks so much for your help,

Des Moines
Kansas City
Knoxville
Lexington
Memphis
Salt Lake City
Spokane
St. Louis

Also - if anyone has Tax Increment Financing info for the above cities that would be great.
