[Note: Have posted similar discussion note in General Rental Housing forum also].I have put together an Excel spreadsheet (07 format) which show FY 2009 and Proposed FY 2010 FMR's for ALL areas [4,700+] of the country, along with the % and $$ changes.Filters allow easy selection of areas by state, county, or any of the FMR values to easy to see who has highest FMR, biggest change, etc.Spreadsheet link is within a post on my blog.
