Examples of using Weatherization Assistance Program funds in a vacant building

Can anyone identify examples where Weatherization Assistance Program funds were used to weatherize a vacant property? We are working to help a group of illegally evicted tenants reoccupy their building (now vacant). Preserving affordable housing near transit

Preserving affordable rental housing near transit is becoming increasingly urgent. Changing demographic trends, traffic congestion, and high commuting costs are resulting in increasing demand to live near transit. As the market for housing near transit heats up, the threat exists for many affordable apartments to be converted to market rate housing.
