My background is in affordable housing development and preservation. I worked as the Preservation Program Coordinator in the Portland HUD office during the LIHPRHA years and for a non-profit development consultant for about 10 years after that. Currently I am managing a collaborative Preservation intiative in Oregon which includes Federal, state and local government housing agencies, for-profit and non-profit developers, lenders, foundations and other interested citizens.
