Director of Housing at VHCB. We are Vt.'s state housing trust fund. We also administer 5 federal housing programs for the state plus an Americorps program and an ARRA energy program. I oversee these programs, supervise 10 staff, develop policy. We also do a lot of capacity building and organizational support to housing non-profits throughout the state. I'm also on the board of the Housing Assistance Council, a national rural housing non-profit, Vt. Works for Women, a job training and mentoring program for women and participate in the housing task force in the community in which I live.
