Taylor, Bean & Whittaker contact number needed

The phone number I have for them 513-612-4466 goes to a voice mail that sounds like a private individual's phone. I have tried 2 other phone numbers from my client's mortage coupon: 888-225-2164 and 352-671-0250 and have been on hold for over a half hour several times. Due to other appointments, I had to give up each time. Does anyone have a better phone number for housing counselors? Does anyone have a fax number where I can send my client's release so I can talk to TBW?
