Post-Disaster Housing Needs

The American Planning Association's Hazards Planning Research Center launched work in October 2010 on a new three-year cooperative agreement with FEMA to completely overhaul and rewrite its classic 1998 Planning Advisory Service Report, "Planning for Post-Disaster Recovery and Reconstruction."
