I run the center on finance, insurance and real estate at The Heartland Institute, a libertarian think tank. We have a staff of eight (Heartland employs roughly 50 people in all) and focus more on insurance than on housing. I've long worked on a variety of housing issues mostly from a libertarian perspective.
