Qualified Rehab Loans using Private Activity Bonds for Neighborhood Stabilization

Ok, that's a long title -  We are looking into alternative strategies to use for neighborhood stabilization. Community Development professional with over 10 years of experience working in rural and urban markets. Initiated and currently managing the first statewide land bank in Texas using Neighborhood Stabilization Funds and private financing through a network of 16 local partners organizations. Working on strategies to finance rural rental housing using pooled bond financing techniques. Experienced in planning and financing housing development and historic preservation projects. Other activities include volunteering with the UN Online Volunteers program, fly fishing, ultimate Frisbee and ice curling.
