We met at the Preservation event in D.C. last week. We run a Weatherization program in 3 counties in PA. We are interested in how you are able to direct 2/3rds of your Weatherization dollars to multifamily rental units? We believe we should be using Weatherization resources to help preserve PA's stock of older - particularly adaptive reuse - affordable rental stock, including tax credit, Rural development and HUD properties. Did you need to take steps to focus your resources on multifamily buildings? Ed Kaminski, HDC, Lancaster Pa - edkaminski@hdcweb.com
