The Cambridge Housing Authority, using its "Moving To Work" authority, has crafted a new tool for the preservation of projects with maturing mortgages.  To facilitate the preservation of the 116 unit Inman Square Apartments, the CHA converted Enhanced Vouchers to Project-Based Vouchers. The most recent update of HUD's Section 8 contracts database located here: www.hud.gov/offices/hsg/mfh/exp/mfhdiscl.cfm was on Aug 5 - over 100 days ago. This is creating a real problem for our expiring use database. Does anyone have word on what is happening at HUD? Is the data being posted somewhere else?
