I have worked in the housing field for 15 years. In my current position I administer an incentive program for private developers to provide a percentage of the units in a project as affordable for working families in exchange for a property tax exemption. I am interested in expanding the discussion of affordable housing development to include a continuum of housing options for low income to working families.
