Financing for 0-30% AMI group without Section 8

Hi All,

I am emailing to inquire if you're knowledgeable of groups that have recently successfully financed affordable housing projects/units for the 0-30% AMI group without use of Section 8 funds.

A local government is interested in learning about creative financing models targeting this income group without the use of Section 8. If you know of any successful tools, strategies and case studies, please let me know.
