John Davis, a partner with Burlington Associates in Community Development, and Emily Thaden, a shared equity development specialist with The Housing Fund, will describe how community land trust structures vary in different kinds of real estate markets.
Sue Henderson, associate general counsel for real estate and finance with Habitat International, will facilitate a working lunch discussion with three organizations operating community land trusts in Virginia, North Carolina and the District of Columbia.
