The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond hosted a conference this past December about strategic data use for neighborhood stabilization. It was excellent, and materials from it have now been posted online:

Most of the resources posted here are presentation slides; all are great, but might be missing something without their accompanying speaker. It's a fantastic resource that covers a lot of ground.
