Permanent Affordability

Hello and Happy Holidays,

Does anyone know of programatic solutions to how permanent affordability will be maintained in aging condominium projects? We can see rehabing single family homes once they reach the end of their useful life but condos pose challenges. Most condo buildings are eventually bought en mass for reconfig. and rehab. permanent ownership deeds make this challenging unless the deed is released.
