Mandatory Mediation Paper--Now Available

I wanted to let everyone know that our paper on mandatory mediation has just been published. It is available here:

It includes analyses of existing programs and a set of recommendations for best practices for implementing and running a mediation program. In addition, the paper describes how mediation can be used to improve the Home Affordable Modification Program.
