Affluent Buyers Reviving Market for Miami Homes
Here's an article from yesterday's New York Times that provides some evidence suggesting the housing market in Miami may be recovering somewhat from the foreclosures and depressed values. Anyone from the Miami area have any response to this?

The homeowners are thinking that there's no possible solution to stop foreclosure. That's why they just let it happen.
