HousingPolicy.org Forum

[Note: Have posted similar discussion note in General Rental Housing forum also].

I have put together an Excel spreadsheet (07 format) which show FY 2009 and Proposed FY 2010 FMR's for ALL areas [4,700+] of the country, along with the % and $$ changes.Filters allow easy selection of areas by state, county, or any of the FMR values to easy to see who has highest FMR, biggest change, etc.

Spreadsheet link is within a post on my blog. Suggest you read instructions before you download. When FMR's are published I will be making comment suggesting that HUD use similar format for ALL future FMR releases. I will post that comment here once I have made it and would appreciate others supporting that comment in their comments on the proposed FMR's for FY 2010.
